How do I become a customer?

You can easily create a free user account by selecting the “Register” menu item in the upper right corner and filling out the online form that appears.

Where do the tyres and rims that I order come from?

We work together with external warehouses from the EU.

Do I need to order a minimum quantity to become a customer?

No, you don’t need a minimum quantity to become a customer with us.

How can I cancel my order?

Contact our customer service as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, however, we are not able to guarantee that a cancellation will still be possible in every case, as some warehouses process orders completely automatically.

Where can I find my order overview?

You can find your orders under the “Documents” → “Order” menu item in the upper section of our online shop.

How can I track my order?

If the parcel data has already been assigned to the order, you can click on it and open the shipment tracking of the shipping company.

Can I have the delivery address changed?

After you have confirmed the items in your shopping basket, it is possible to enter an alternative delivery address in step 2 of the ordering process before you finally complete your order.

A completely new delivery address must be requested with customer service.

If the order has already been completed, please contact our customer service to make a change.

Do I have shipping costs on the orders?

What should I do if I haven’t received my order or if I receive the wrong/damaged tyres or rims?

Contact our Aftersales department; they take care of your problems or concerns in the case of incorrect delivery or goods not being received.

Until when can I return goods?

You can return the goods up to 14 days after delivery, unused and not mounted. Please also refer to the General Terms and Conditions.

What do I need to pay attention to with deliveries?

Please always inspect the goods when they are delivered and let the transport service know if the parcel is damaged.

How long are tyres considered new?

We don’t sell any tyres that are older than 3 years. If an older DOT is delivered, please notify our Aftersales department.



Do you have an invoice overview or payment overview?

You can find your order under the “Documents” → “Invoice / Credit Note” or “Payment Overview” menu item in the upper section of our online shop.

Why is my account blocked?

Your account will be blocked if your payment has not been received by the due date.
